Composters.com wants your visit to be pleasant and safe. We are open Monday through Fridays, 8:30AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time. You can also try us on weekends, but being close to great hiking trails and the Pacific Ocean, there is no guarantee we will be in the office!

ORDER BY FAX

Our fax server is online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you fax in your order, it will be processed the next business day. Be sure to include a phone # and email. Our toll-free fax # is 800-480-8270 (International customers will have to use 949-360-7864).

ORDER BY EMAIL

Though it is not secure and we cannot guarantee its safety, we have never had a problem with orders coming in via email. If you are comfortable with your email, please feel to send orders or questions to Customer Service

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Under normal circumstances, Composters.com can usually accommodate international customers, depending upon the country. The online shopping cart cannot calculate international shipping charges automatically; we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You may also contact the Customer Service for an international shipping quote.

PAYMENT VIA SNAIL MAIL

Yes, the Postal Service still exists. We rather enjoy receiving orders via USPS - it is not only quaint, but we get to decipher your chicken scratch. For the sake of convenience, please print a copy of our ORDER  FORM and send it to us via regular first class mail. Try to be a little creative in the paper you use - who knows what points we award for creativity! Make sure you include a signature for credit card or check verification. Make all checks and money orders payable to:  Green Culture Inc..

PURCHASE ORDERS

Depending on the product, quantity and price, Composters.com will occasionally extend credit terms to Municipalities, Eductional Institutions, Non-Profits, and Corporations. Please ask your customer service representative for details. Composters.com reserves the right to deny and cancel credit to any group or organization deemed unworthy or at risk of default.
