Items ship UPS Ground from the state of Ohio. Flat shipping on Standard is $15, on Eliminator and Scooper $20. Dooley Fresh can only be ordered with the Doggie Dooley and/or Waste Terminator. If only Waste Terminator is ordered it will ship from CA via USPS at $6.95.
